Raleigh-Wake Composite Squadron Meeting 29 April 2013

Last week at the Raleigh-Wake Composite Squadron meeting, the cadets arrived in their PT gear for the fun 5th Tuesday. The Raleigh-Wake Composite Squadron runs on a set plan where the first Tuesday of each month is PT, the second and third are BDU’s with Specialty Tracks and Drill, and the fourth is Blue’s with Character Development, DDR, and promotions, but every few months, there is a 5th Tuesday in the month. The Executive Staff takes ideas  from the squadron to plan a fun meeting which allows the cadets to work together in a slightly less formal environment, promoting team unity. Many games and leadership activities were performed, some of which were Capture the Flag, Musical chairs, and Cross the Ocean. There was one promotion: C/MSgt Cornejo. The Airman School flight staff worked on their guidons for their flights and Airman School logistics sorted through items that cadets needed. For the Airman School staff this was a productive night and the last to prepare before arriving at the campsites the following weekend. For all cadets this was a very fun Fun Night.
